I made a purchase on 06.04 and I received an email from Royal Mail on 08.04 that said they were expecting my parcel. Tracking still has not changed so I sent a message to the seller via WhatsApp. Elliot made/sent a replacement that arrived the next day. The item itself is absolutely amazing (10/10).
