Signs for the day,
made to your date.
Welcome signs, seating plans, table numbers and place names — cut from acrylic, mirror or wood in our own workshop. You approve a proof before anything is made, and we work back from your date.
How the timing works
- Order 3–4 weeks before for the full set; we can do faster — ask.
- We email a proof within 2 working days of receiving your names or table plan; nothing is cut until you approve it.
- Making takes 5–10 working days after approval; delivery is tracked.
- Late name changes: free until we cut; after that a single replacement name is a few pounds.
Supplying your names
- Type them in the boxes on the product page, or upload a spreadsheet — one name per line, exactly as you'd like them spelt.
- Seating plans: table name, then guests under it. We'll lay it out and send it to you to check.
- Fonts and colours are shown on each product; matching sets use the same font throughout.

Can everything match?
Yes — welcome sign, seating plan, table numbers and place names can all be made in the same material, colour and font. Order them together and mention "matching set" in the notes and we'll proof them as one.
Can I get it faster than 3 weeks?
Usually. Call 0330 229 7246 with your date and we'll tell you straight away what's possible.
Do you make things not shown here?
Constantly — order-of-the-day boards, cake toppers, bar menus, signs for the dog. Use the bespoke form with a sketch or a photo you like.
